Equity Line
An Equity Line Commitment is a commitment for a PIPE (see below) available to the issuer in draw downs ( usually weekly or bi-weekly). For example if you have an equity line for $10,000,000 you may have draw downs between $50,000 and $200,000 each. The funds may be used in whole or in part entirely at the company's discretion, subject to an effective registration.
